STAGE 3 - MINDSET SHIFT WITH KNOWLEDGE
Congratulations on making it through Self-Awareness and Mindfulness stages of the transformation. Now that you have quite an extensive knowledge of your body and understand yourself and your body better, we will start feeding you the knowledge we believe in that will help you look and feel your best the longest. We will walk you through the Hunter - Gatherer principles of our program that has its roots in the are of Paleo.
In this stage of the program you will learn how the get most bank out of your buck from exercise and how to make sure you stay fit and healthy even with the least amount of time. In this part of your transformation, you will start to learn that food is information your body uses to control your metabolic processes and you will start to understand that it is much more than energy and calories in and out. In this section, you will also learn the benefits of fasting that will prepare you to start incorporating them in the next part. We believe in the power of the WHY. We need you to know why certain types of exercises are better than others and why you should exercise. We need you to know why you need to focus on nourishing your body with macro and micronutrients rather than depriving your body of them. Once you go through this section, you will be ready to understand why diets do not work, and why you need to make healthy habits instead .... one step at a time!
