STAGE TWO - MINDFULNESS
If you have finished the first stage of your holistic wellness transformation, you are ready for STAGE 2 - MINDFULNESS.
In this part part, you will focus on your ability to pay attention to your actions, your senses, as well as your ability to be present in the moment in respect to eating, and not eating, as well as physical activities and even mindful skincare! Yep, you heard it right. Mindful skincare is something that might sound ridiculous to you as of now, but you will soon discover that it can even impact what and how you eat. truth is that as you go through the journey with us, you will start understanding how what you put IN your body affects your health and wellbeing.
For now, let’s start by continuing to focus on becoming even more aware of your eating habits and understanding how food is actually making you feel as well as how you feel when you eat certain foods. When you eat, we will ask you start thinking of what you put in your body, and what the food does, in addition to how it tastes, and how it satisfies you. You will probably realize that you do not know a lot of things, and hopefully become curious about them. As you go through the journey with us, you will be finding answers to many of the questions you would have otherwise never wondered about. That is called mindfulness.
This month, we will also help you prepare your body to one of the lifestyle habits you will be soon adopting into your life - fasting. During this stage, you will also challenge yourself to hunger! You will start to understand your hunger pangs. So many people start fasting ill-prepared, and fail in making one of the healthiest things they can do a part of their life.
Finally, this month, we will ask you engage in mindful breathing, exercise, and skin care. Your ability to be present in the above actions will affect the quality of every holistic lifestyle habit you have or will adopt over your lifetime. This stage will also set you up for success as you progress through the journey into the next chapter, and your mindset shift, which will come with education and new information you might not have known of that will impact your transformation. The reason why it is so important to first go through the first two stages of self-awareness and mindfulness is so you will be able to relate the information given in the upcoming chapters and they will not be abstract knowledge to you.
